Welcome to my new website, designed by my very talented niece, Chelsea Main.

What I wish to say here is that virtually everyone on the planet has unresolved traumas, large and small, which affect our daily living and behavior patterns. Everything from falling out of your crib to the most horrific abuse, trauma or accidents you can imagine will leave a mark on your mind-body. That emotional scar will remain until you take action to release the trauma and neutralize the affects of it in your life.

Once you let it all go, the past no longer has to be the pivot point of your life and your actions/reactions to life's bumps and bruises of everyday living. It CAN be different and it doesn't take long to make the changes. The EFT (emotional freedom technique) process, described in the EFT manual available at www.emofree.com has the answers to what many people have waited their whole lives to release. This is not a "mental process" or even an emotional one, in the purest sense. All you have to do is to participate in the simple steps and the rest takes care of itself. You do not have to believe in what it can do or is supposed to do, you just do it and observe the changes that occur in the moment.

Your "left brain" will think that it is impossible to change deeply ingrained behaviors, habits and reactive actions, but I have watched these "miracles" happen for more than 18 years. I originally learned the basics of this technique from the originator, Roger Callahan, back in the late 1990s. Through the years, I have been privileged to observe continuing transformation of my clients, whether they believed in this work or not. I employ an effective tool for the healing process. I am NOT the healer, but the work does come through me during sessions, which makes me appear to be the source of the healing transformation. EFT is acupressure-based, so it is the body's energy system that is cleaning up the old negatively-charged feelings and neutralizing trauma and the resultant effects of PTSD.

This is the 21st Century and EFT is the model for 21st Century healing work. Try it!

About me! As a San Diego native, I have watched this town grow and expand in so many ways. I, too, have expanded beyond my early days of hypnotherapy into "energy medicine" techniques, like EFT. I have taught it to friends and family and it will become part of my grand-childrens' lives, as well, one day.
My "hobby out of control" concerns my passion for vintage Honda motorcycles produced in the 1960s. I have written numerous books and service information about many of the significant models of that era.
Having lived in Hawaii for 5 years, I am happy to return to family and friends, in both the wellness and vintage motorcycle communities. It's a Gemini thing, you know!
